March Madness Printables Day 2: Today I’ve uploaded this lovely photo of the ocean from Hawaii. I took this photo several years ago when vacationing there. As a warmer, and ocean-based spring breaks are popular (at least in Minnesota where I’m from), I thought it would be appropriate to include a beach play dough mat.
To use, print and either place in a page protector or laminate. Then use your play dough to make things you might find at the beach. Sea shells, crabs, sea creatures, fish, sea gulls, star fish, etc…

If you are headed on a tropical beach-based spring break soon, laminate and bring along to the beach with you. You can use it with pieces of coral, shells, star fish, shark teeth, rocks, sea glass, anything you find while at the beach.
Depending on your child’s age you can work on counting items that you have found. You could also focus on the shapes or the colors of the rocks, shells, etc.. Be creative and enjoy your beach vacation!
