Starting with a box of red velvet cake mix, these cookies are quick and easy to make. They are bold and sassy and are a perfect to make for your very special Valentine or just because you have a sweet tooth.

Is your mouth watering yet? These are one of my favorite cookies. Honestly, you won’t be disappointed. They are gooey-deliciousness in a fun and exciting red cookie. I brought these to family pot-luck events over the Christmas holiday and a few relatives admitted to eating 3 (or more) because “they are just that good!”
Go on, try them! I bet you can’t eat just one once they are baked!
